公司简介:MLB 美国职业棒球大联盟于2007年在中国北京开设代表处,2017年成立MLB美职棒体育文化发展(北京)有限公司。作为世界上商业化程度最高的运动之一,棒球运动近年来在中国也迎来发展的上升期。MLB在中国棒球事业的发展过程中扮演着不可或缺的角色。设立MLB中国代表处以来,MLB从零基础到目前在近200所中小学开展了棒球课,另外有超过80所知名大学加入MLB高校棒球具乐部,建立、完善了青少年棒球培训模式。更具突破意义的是,MLB已经输送多位中国棒球运动员踏上MLB赛场。在过去11年中,MLB在中国共开设了位于无锡、常州和南京的三家棒球发展中心。 七位来自棒球发展中心的学员已分别与MLB具乐部巴尔的摩金莺、匹兹堡海盗,波士顿红袜,费城费城人、密尔沃基酿酒人签约。2018年开始,腾讯体育作为MLB中国战略合作伙伴以及独家数字媒体合作伙伴全年转播130余场MLB高清赛事。横跨全国的MLB棒球乐园每年可触达300万棒球人口,成为广大球迷的棒球嘉年华。
TITTLE: Account Executive, Business Development(业务拓展经理)
DEAPRTMENT:MLB – China
Working location:Beijing
REPORT TO:BD Director
MAJOR PURPOSE
This position is responsible for assisting in the planning, and implementation of the
sales activities of MLB in China.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist the director in targeting Chinese and international companies to offer
partnerships with MLB. This position will research which companies are good
matches for MLB and identify effective ways in which to get MLB sales materials
to decision makers at those companies.
2. Assist in preparing sales related marketing materials i.e. pitching deck,
marketing and communication presentation PPT.
3. Serve as the primary client service representative within MLB China.
4. Oversee all sponsor’s rights delivery (online and offline)
5. Work with MLB broadcasters to design inventory packages to be included in
sales decks.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree from university-- business and marketing majors.
2. Candidates should have 2-3 years of client service experience.
3. 2-3 years’ sales pitching experience, especially find sales leads and prepare
pitching deck.
4. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
5. Proven experience in customer relationship management.
6. Good at Excel and Power Point.
7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
8. Good written and oral presentation skills, and a persuasive negotiator.
9. Candidates should have the ability to work under pressure, strong entrepreneur
spirit, always maintain positive attitudes and zeal for achieving the goal.
10. A positive thinker who can quickly pinpoint problems, come up with solutions,
and get the action going.
11. International thinker and operator - someone who is appreciative of other
cultures and business practices.
12. A credible communicator, adept at operating at all levels up to Senior
Management level.

TITTLE: Account Executive, Events(活动策划经理)
DEAPRTMENT:MLB - China
REPORT TO:BD Director
MAJOR PURPOSE
The major purpose of this position is to assist BD Director in developing China
market through event marketing efforts.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In conjunction with outside vendors, oversee daily operation of existing MLB
events (MLB Baseball Park, PlayBall! and MLB University Cup etc.) focusing
on infrastructure design, scheduling, identifying the venues in each city, staffing
and training, promotional plan.
2. Daily communication with both internal and external partners.
3. Weekly events management meeting report consolidation and updates.
4. Tracking each team’s weekly sub-project progress, insure their achieving of
weekly deliverable targets and milestones in time.
5. Assisting in preparing sales related marketing materials i.e. pitching deck,
marketing and communication presentation PPT.
6. Events Strategy and brand management.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum bachelor’s degree from university-- business and marketing majors.
2. Candidates should have 2-3 years of integrated marketing communication
project management experiences (as well as multi-project management
experience).
3. Good at Excel and Power Point.

TITLE: Account Executive, PR & Communication (公关&媒体关系经理)
DEPARTMENT:MLB China
REPORTS TO:Director, Media and Content
POSITION DEION
1. The Account Executive will implement PR & communications plan for MLB China about the league's products and local events.
2. The Account Executive will implement MLB branding strategy in China and grow fan interest.
3. The Account Executive will manage social media partnership to increase MLB’s fan base, especially young fans in China.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
-Implement PR strategy for MLB in China
1. Supporting year-round PR & communications strategy and execution for MLB in China that increases the visibility of the brand in China.
2. Writing press releases, crafting messaging and securing stories in influential media outlets about MLB and local events in China.
3. Landing stories within national and regional media, including influential tech, digital, sports trade, media, business, lifestyle and news publications.
4. Providing PR support for global news/content, local/regional events, emerging technology, and analytics initiatives
5. Working closely with Partner PR to develop and execute strategy related to MLB China local partnership.
6. Supporting and executing crisis management plan that can be implemented if needed.
7. Preparing league executives for interviews with media.
8. Supporting creation of fact sheets, company overviews, presentations, talking points, and other projects as needed for Programming
-Brand Development & Fan engagement
1. Generating ideas and innovating within baseball analytics to grow fan interest in the game and the MLB brand.
2. Connecting with cross function teams to align and implement brand strategy.
3. Working with external partners to design online & offline marketing campaigns.
4. Leading brand campaigns, delivering brand core message and uplifting brand equity.
5. Managing multi-agencies across creative and social in campaign execution.
6. Managing social accounts or social activations on behalf of a brand.
7. Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and presenting MLB and baseball data in support of MLB China media and events operations decisions.
